For three of my Deloitte Digital years, I was the lead writer for the digital delivery team for this NY-based hospital, delivering 40+ waves of digital campaign work and managing junior writers. This creatively discerning client boasted a brand voice that emphasizes its provably better outcomes and leaned into its history as a New York-centric brand.
